How can I purchase cookies from Gourmet Stuffed Ckookiez, and do you sell regularly to the public?

Gourmet Stuffed Ckookiez operates as a part-time, home hobby-based business, as we are fully employed elsewhere. Because of this, we do not sell to the public on a regular basis. Instead, our giant gourmet stuffed cookies are primarily available at special events where we love to connect with customers in person. If you have an event and would like to book us, please reach out to secure a booking. Additionally, we keep our customers informed about upcoming events and locations where we will be selling by posting updates on the homepage of our website. This way, you can find us nearby and enjoy our signature cookies when we’re out and about.

We specialize in a highly valued, intentionally soft cake-style dough that delivers a truly distinctive texture. Our cookies are baked at high temperatures to ensure they are fully cooked (never raw!) while maintaining a moisture level that results in a soft, deliciously gooey center. We carefully control the sugar content in the dough itself. The primary source of sweetness comes from the premium mix-ins and fillings, such as chocolate chips, Mars bars, and other gooey stuffings, creating complex and craveable flavors. For those who prefer a firmer, chewier bite with less goo, our Minis offer the same great flavor in a more traditionally cooked style.

Since we use a commercial kitchen and third-party ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination with allergens. Allergens include not limited to:  wheat, eggs, soy, gluten, nuts, dairy, tree nuts

SHIPPING RATES/TIME

Shipping costs typically range from $12 to $30 per package and are calculated at checkout based on the package's weight and size. These costs are determined by the postal service.
Shipping times vary from 1-10 business days depending on the option you select at checkout. We send out all postal orders every Monday. The cutoff for Monday's shipping is the previous Saturday at 11:59 PM MST/MDT.
If you prefer local pickup, please schedule a time to retrieve your order before you check out or by emailing us after your purchase. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-5 days.

CAN I FREEZE?

To get the best experience, we recommend enjoying our baked goods fresh. Like any other baked goods, Chunki Ckookiez products can dry out over time.
However, if you freeze them, you can easily restore them. Simply thaw the baked good to room temperature and then reheat it in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Many customers have also told us that an air fryer works great for reheating!

All Chunki Ckookiez, however, are made with a base of high-quality, common baking ingredients, most of the time including:

Baking Process 🍪

All of our stuffed cookies are chilled before baking. We then bake them at a slightly higher temperature than our standard cookies. This special process ensures the filling stays gooey and the cookie achieves the perfect texture.

REHEATING & STORAGE

To make your products warm and gooey again, we recommend microwaving for 10-20 seconds or baking at 350F for 5-8 minutes from room temperature. Chunki Ckookie,  Ckookiez have a shelf life of 7-10 days from shipment. If you want them to last longer as soon as you receive them, put them into an airtight container and freeze. To thaw: Let them come to room temperature afterwards and follow reheating instructions. For dairy products, such as cheesecake cookies, they will 1 week and should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.

LOCATION?

We are located in Sherwood park, Alberta, Canada. We are currently a HOME and ONLINE based company and we DON'T have a storefront yet. We do use a commercial kitchen in Edmonton for big events. Local pick-up is available at checkout under the delivery options. You must pre-order first and pick a date and time that you can come and get your order due to our zoning and if at the kitchen due to kitchen rules.
